This site is operated by Bright Light Dimension AB. OnceĀ you have placed an order at our site and gotten your order confirmation, you are expected to have engaged in our terms of service and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Information
When the custom-made doll is ready, we will send over pre-shipment photos of your doll so that you can validate the product before it ships out to you. No order will be shipped without your validation.
We provide shipping within the EU in discrete and sealed packaging.
Shipping costs
For life-size dolls, we include the standard shipping cost. If you choose any other shipping method than our standard, you will personally be responsible for the shipping cost. If you wish to return your product, you will be responsible for the cost of sending it back.
Custom duties
To allow you to fully customize your doll. The dolls are produced on demand in our partner factories in China and shipped out directly to you.
We take care of customs clearance for you to the EU. The full-size dolls we offer by default our service help you to pay import duty in advance if you live in the European Union. We do not pay customs duties in your country due to local legislation.
Cancellation
After you place your order, you have 24 hours to make further changes or cancel your order. If you decide to cancel your order within this timeframe, you will be charged 5% of the total order amount.
When the 24 hours have passed, we will forward your order to the factory to start the production. Once the production has begun, we are unable to cancel your order. Please consider your selections carefully.
Missprints and errors
If an error occurred in your order, such as an option you chose for the doll that is not available, we will contact you to find a good solution for this.
Important information.
All the products we sell should only be used by adults. Dolls are heavy products that could cause serious injury to people if they are being handled in the wrong way. Mishandling the doll can cause serious damage to objects or property in the surroundings. Dolls are not stable while standing. That's why we offer a dollstand for the doll to minimize the risk of the doll falling over. If you wish to put your doll in a standing position or in any position where it could fall, it is your responsibility to ensure that the doll is stable and cannot fall over to harm anyone or anything.
It's very important to lift the doll correctly because of its weight, otherwise it can cause serious injuries. We recommend lifting the doll with two people when it's over 20kg.
Dolls with standing bolts under the feet can easily damage the floor. To prevent this, put shoes on the doll. We sell no dolls with electronic functions because of the high risk of damage to the environment.

When the custom-made doll is ready we will send over pre-shipment photos of your doll so that you can validate the product before it ships out to you.
No order will be shipped without your validation. We will send the factory photos from our info@dolldimension.com email. Once you have confirmed the doll we ship the doll out to you. This can take up to 5-10 weeks before the doll arrives.
When you have placed an order with us, an order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you have specified. Once the order has been received, you have 24 hours to make changes or cancel the order. When 24 hours have passed, we send the order to the factory, which then begins production. In this state, you can no longer cancel or make changes therefore, it is very important that everything is correct before you place the order.
