Doll options

Information about all different doll options
Here is an explanation of all the different doll options that many of the brands offer.

Head options

Hard vs soft
All the hard heads cannot be equipped with the movable jaw or the ROS feature. This option can only be combined with the soft silicone.

We also recommend the implanted hair option on the hard heads because it sticks much better than on the soft heads.

Makeup
Some of the brands can offer you the custom makeup option. You only need to provide us with an image of your reference. Please be aware that this option can cost extra. The outcome may also not be as precise as the reference images.

Eyes
The springloaded eye sockets are equipped for all the silicone heads. You can easily adjust the eyes into different positions. This is one of the best solutions for moving the eye.

Almost every high-tech brand can include or offer blood vessels to the eyes. This gives the doll a much more lifelike and realistic look.

ROS
ROS - Realistic Oral Sex means that the head has a mouth opening that can be used for your pleasure.

Movable jaw
With the movable jaw option, your doll can get the possibility to arrange several different facial expressions. The movable jaw option is not the same as ROS-option.

Implanted hair vs wig
You can style the implanted hair in many different ways. This can give the doll a more realistic look. The drawback with the implanted hair is that it can fall off over time but can easily be replaced with a wig. The pros with the wig are that it's easy to clean and change.

Body options

Silicone or TPE
TPE stands for thermoplastic elastomers. TPE is used for many small adult toys because of the elastic material. The chemical smell of the TPE can be strong in the beginning. The smell is fading away over time. Be aware that TPE dolls and some silicone dolls can leak oil. Be careful when leaving the doll on fabric because it will absorb the oil from the doll and leave a visible mark.

Silicone is not as elastic as TPE and can have many more of the realistic features and options that are given. The painted makeup on the silicone has a much longer lifespan because of the way it can be done compared to the makeup for all the TPE dolls. All the high-end silicone dolls have a foam core inside. This reduces the weight of the doll and makes the rearranging easy.

Both silicone and TPE become very silky and soft when applying the talc or cornstarch powder to the doll.

Articulated fingers and toes
Articulated joints are highly recommended for realistic poses. The tightness of the articulated fingers can depend on the different dollmakers. Steel wires are otherwise used to bend the joints. This is very common for all the TPE dolls.

Hard hands and feet
Pros and cons with the hard feet and hand option are that it can leave a visible seam line around the ankle or wrist. The doll can stand on the floor without bolts that can damage the floor.

Joint stiffness
The loose joints can be recommended if you plan to sleep most of the time with the doll. Dolls with loose joints are much harder to move around and position. They can easily get damaged because of unexpected movements when repositioning. Tight joints are much easier to handle and can also hold different positions.

Removable vs fixed vagina
The cleaning process for the removable vagina can be very efficient compared to the integrated one. Some of the brands do not offer the removable vagina. Replacing the insertion can cause damage to the openings on the doll. This is one of the main reasons why some brands don't offer the removable vagina.
