How do I store the doll safely?

The best way to store you doll is by hanging using a doll-stand.

For longer time storage avoid highly bent joints, these can leave a noticeable mark or crack on the doll.

Wich material are used for the doll?

Every doll we sell is made out of medical grade silicone or TPE and has a skeleton made out of metal.

How much does the doll weight?

This depends very much on which dollmaker. But average is 25-40kg. Every product that we sell informs you about the weight of the doll.

The lead times can vary, but this is the time to expect before you will receive the factory pictures from us. We send the factory videos or photos from our email, info@dolldimension.com. We will ship the doll out when we have received your validation.

The shipping time is not calculated on the list above. We ship the dolls by train, and this usually takes 3-5 weeks.

Can I cancel my order?

After you placed your order you have 24h on you to make changes or cancel you order. If you decide to cancel your order within this timeframe you will be charged for 5% of the total order amount.

When the 24h have passed we will forward your order to the factory to start the production. Once the production has begun or the package has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order. Please consider your selections carefully.

Can I modify my order?

Yes, If you need to make any modifications to your order please contact us within the 24 hours timeframe. After we have submitted your order to the factory, we are unable to do further changes.

Do you ship worldwide?

No, we only ship within European Union. Countries we ship to, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary and Austria. Which courier do you use for shipping?

For EU shipments of full-size dolls from China, we primarily utilize UPS, known for their capability to manage large packages efficiently.

Orders from DisplayDimension will be dispatched from Sweden by DHL.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping within EU on orders over 200 Euro. Duties and taxes are included in our pricing. Otherwise it may be applied based on the customs regulations of the destination country. Please visit our Shipping, Returns, and Store policy page.

Will my packaging be discreet?

Yes! Your privacy and confidentiality are very important to us. We use durable, plain cardboard boxes with no identifiable labels or branding on.

How do I get my tracking number?

Once your doll is ready and dispatched, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. The shippment information will typically occurs within 3 working days after shipment validation.

When can I expect to receive my order?

On doll orders.

Once your doll is dispatched from the factory in China, you will receive an email with your tracking number from us. For custom orders the information will typically occurs within 3 working days after shipment validation.

On dollstand orders.

The average delivery time on dollstands from Sweden is 5 to 10 weeks. Products from DisplayDimension normally takes 5-10 days after being shipped.
