Are your products authentic?
Yes, we are an authorized EU and US online retailer with a big selection of dolls from known brands. We have close contacts with the brands we offer to ensure that every product on DollDimension.com is authentic, custom-made, and delivered directly to you from the factory when it's ready.
How do I care for my doll?

Are your products safe?
All our dolls are made with either medical grade silicone or TPE.
Every product is well tested in order to ensure user safety.
How much do these dolls weigh?
Weight varies between dollmakers. An average weight is somewhere between 25-40kg (55-90lbs). Weight is listed on each doll including information about weight reduction add-ons.
Can you explain the process of ordering a doll?
Ordering a doll is easy and straightforward. Different brands offer different features, add-ons, designs and colors. If you find something that you like and would like to know more, please don't hesitate to ask us.
For each doll you have a variety of options to choose from. Maybe you want a different hair color, or possibly more jiggly bits, the choice is yours! Customize to your hearts content.
After you've placed an order you will receive a confirmation email from us.
After 24 hours your order will be forwarded to the partner factory and production will begin.
Once the doll is finished you will receive pre-shipment photos for you to validate before the doll is shipped out to you.
How long should I expect to wait before delivery?
Different brands have different production times, or "lead times".
Lead times can vary, listed below are the average lead times before you are expected to receive factory pictures from us. We send the factory videos and photos from: info@dolldimension.com. We only ship the dolls once we have received confirmation from your part.
Once your doll is dispatched from the factory in China, you will receive an email with your tracking number from us. For custom orders the information will typically occurs within 3 working days after shipment validation.
Shipping time is not included in the list below. We ship the dolls by train or cargo ship, and this usually takes between 5-10 weeks.

Dollstand orders
The average manufacturing processing time on dollstands from Sweden is 5 to 10 weeks. The delivery time normally takes 5-10 days after being shipped.
Is it possible to make changes after I placed my order?
Yes, If you need to make any modifications to your order please contact us within the 24 hours timeframe. After we have submitted your order to the factory, we are unable to do further changes.
Do you ship worldwide?
Almost. We ship to the US and within the European Union. The EU countries that we ship to are Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Hungary, and Austria. Which courier do you use for shipping?
For EU & US shipments of full-size dolls from China, we primarily utilize UPS, known for their capability to manage large packages efficiently.
Orders on our own display stands and accessories will be dispatched from Sweden by UPS.
What are the shipping costs?
Duties and taxes are included in our pricing for dolls and other products sent from China. Otherwise it may be applied based on the customs regulations of the destination country. Please visit our Shipping, Returns, and Store policy page.
For orders on our in house manufactured accessories and stands shipping comes with an additional fee depending on region and choice. Note that we currently do not ship these to the US.
Will my packaging be discreet?
Yes! Your privacy and confidentiality are very important to us. We use durable, plain cardboard boxes with no identifiable labels or branding.
How do I get my tracking number?
Once your doll is ready and dispatched, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number. The shippment information will typically occurs within 3 working days after shipment validation.
What is your cancellation policy?
After placing an order the customer has 24 hours to make changes or cancel the order. If you decide to cancel your order within this time-frame, you will be charged 5% of the total order amount.
After 24 hours the order will be forwarded to the factory. Once production has begun or when a package has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order.
My order had problems during shipping, how should I proceed?
If the package arrived seriously damaged, do not accept it and file a claim with the transporter. You can ask for a return without any extra fee.
As a precaution, we recommend that you film an unboxing video of the doll when it has arrived for potential evidence of damage. Please ensure that nothing is damaged or missing.
If you notice that your doll is damaged or some parts are missing, please file a claim with the transporter or contact us within 48 hours of its arrival. We will take care of the process for you. It is important that you leave the unused doll in its original packaging.
Depending on the severity of the damage, we can either send you a replacement of the doll, parts, or repair kits.

What payment methods do you support?

Will the process be discrete?
Packaging:
Dolls are always shipped in discrete and sealed cardboard boxes. There are no labels nor branding which can give away its contents.
Billing:
Your credit card statement will display the billing as "BL-Dimension" ensuring discretion and privacy regarding your purchase.
