This site is operated by Bright Light Dimension AB. When you receive an order confirmation to your specified e-mail address after placing an order you automatically agree and are thus bound by the following terms and conditions:
Information
When a custom-made doll is ready to ship, you will receive pre-shipment photos of the doll for you to inspect before the product is shipped to you. No order will be shipped without your validation. DollDimension will also perform a detailed inspection of these photos on every order to ensure customer satisfaction.
We provide discreet shipping within the EU and US.
Shipping costs
For life-sized sex dolls, standard shipping is included. The customer is subject to additional shipping fees if other shipping methods are selected.
Returns: The customer is responsible for all shipping fees for a return.
Customs
In order to allow for customization, the dolls are produced on demand in our partner factories in China and shipped out directly to you from the factory.
Our partner factories handle customs clearance and import duties on behalf of DollDimension for orders sent to countries within the European Union or the United States. For questions regarding customs or import fees to a specific country, please send us an e-mail.
List of some countries free from customer import fees: United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Croatia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Austria, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Greece, Portugal, Italy, Spain.
Examples of countries subject to import fees for the customer: Canada (CAN), Norway (NOW), Austraila (AUS), South Africa (SA). Contact us if you have questions regarding your country of residence, and we will try to find the best solution to minimize any additional costs.
Cancellation
After placing an order, the customer has 24 hours to make changes or cancel the order. If you decide to cancel your order within this time frame, you will be charged 5% of the total order amount.
After 24 hours the order will be forwarded to the factory. Once production has begun or when a package has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel your order.
Misprints and errors
If an error occurred in your order, such as the option you chose for the doll that is not available, we will contact you to find a good solution for this.
If we encounter an issue with your order, such as changes in availability or issues with compatibility, we will contact you in order to find a solution.
We reserve the right to cancel orders with incorrect information regarding price or product details.
Important information.
All products sold by DollDimensions are classified as "Adult Only." Note that dolls can be heavy and could cause serious injury if handled incorrectly. Misuse of the dolls can cause bodily harm and destruction of property, please handle with care. Sex dolls are not stable while standing, please use a stand in order to minimize fall risk. You are responsible for any damage caused by misuse or mishandling of our products.
Lifting the dolls can cause injury if done incorrectly; for dolls over 20 kilograms (45 lbs), we recommend two people to be involved. Note that dolls can be unstable, and their weight can shift, making them more difficult to handle compared to other more stable objects.
Dolls with standing bolts can easily damage floors. Be mindful of this and use shoes or other protective equipment to prevent damage.
DollDimension does not sell electronic options for dolls.
